At Edanz, you always know the exact price before you order. Our prices are set in advance based on the total word count of your document, the services you choose, and your desired turn-around time. If your word count is higher than 18,000 words, please contact us for a custom quote.
Semi-express and Express delivery options are not available for Publication Support Services. These services will be delivered to you in the standard delivery time of 3 business days. If you are not sure about something, or have a question, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Do I have to wait for a price quote?
No. At Edanz we set our prices in advance based on your total word count, the services you choose, and your desired turn-around time.
If you need a formal quote for your institution, during the order process you will be able to download a printable quote, or you can contact us directly and we will be happy to provide one.
I’m not sure which word band to choose - what should I do?
The best way is take the total word count for the file you want to have edited using Microsoft’s word count function. Choose the word count band that your word count fits in.
If you have large blocks of text that do not need editing, for example gene sequences [acaagatgcc attgtccccc ggcctcctgc tgctgctgct ctccggggcc acggccaccg], delete them from the file.

When and how can I make payment?
Our online payment system is secure and convenient. You can choose to pay by Paypal, or by using a credit card (via PayPal). If you have any trouble using your card, get in touch with us by email at global(at)edanzediting.com. You can make your payment when you complete your order.
Can I get a receipt?
Yes, of course! You can download a receipt from your account page under My Orders
How do I order a 2nd round of editing?
It’s easy, you can order another round of editing from your account page under My Orders.
Do you offer discounts on re-editing after peer review?
Yes, it’s half price! We can re-edit your entire manuscript after you have revised it in response to the reviewers’ comments. You can do this from your account page under My Orders. Send us the Tracked Copy so we can see how and where you have revised your manuscript.
Can I cancel my order after I have made payment?
It is our policy to process and start your project immediately after payment is confirmed, so it is not possible to stop an Order from being processed once payment has been accepted. If you think there has been a mistake or error in the order process, contact us immediately at global(at)edanzediting.com; where possible, if the project has not been started, we may be able to offer you a refund in the form of a coupon for the value of your order.
